The Nudgee College Foundation
Philanthropy has been a part of the fabric of Nudgee since the Brothers opened the College in 1891 and it remains that way today. For over 134 years the College has been educating, leading and inspiring generations of young boys to leave as young men - as Signum Fidei or ‘signs of faith.’
It has been through the generosity of the Nudgee College community that the school has been able to deliver this world-class education for boys. The tradition of giving back and the love of humankind has continued generation after generation and this is thanks to our close community of parents, Old Boys, donors, staff and volunteers.
We extend our heartfelt thanks for the endless generosity and support we receive.
Meet the Nudgee College Foundation Board
The Nudgee College Foundation, established in 1984, honours the spirit of generosity that has been an integral part of Nudgee College over the decades. It brings together a committed group of individuals passionate about Nudgee College, about its future and about the boys that are educated in this great school. It assists the school in promoting and stewarding a philanthropic culture and helps to raise funds that aid the school in delivering on its mission, now and into the future. Our Board members give their time voluntarily and bring skills from many different fields of expertise.

Brother Damien Price
Br Damien Price is a Director of the Nudgee College Foundation Board through his role as Chair of the College Advisory Council.
As a Christian Brother and person whose family has been associated with the College since the 1930’, Damien has witnessed first hand the significant contribution the College has made to Australian society and in particular to young men from difficult circumstances. There are so many stories of young men who have found their voice through their Nudgee College journey, have found a sense of purpose and meaning in their lives and have stepped out of the gates knowing they can and are called to make a difference. This extraordinary contribution can only become a lived reality through the generosity of generations of parents, care givers and generous benefactors. May our generous God continue to bless you all.
