Inclusive Learning Coordinator/Teacher
The Inclusive Learning Co-ordinator (Year 5) supports the Head of Faculty Inclusive Learning (HOF IL) in the effective leadership, curriculum development, learning outcomes and reporting of the assigned year level.
Role
The Inclusive Learning Co-ordinator (Year 5) also has a teaching load. As a teacher, the Inclusive Learning Co-ordinator (Year 5) is responsible for:
- Creating mindful, positive, supportive and disciplined learning environments in which identified students improve their learning outcomes.
- Developing, interpreting and delivering the classroom curriculum in a challenging and responsive manner.
- Providing inclusive and contemporary learning experiences and is expected to maintain an engaging learning and teaching environment in line with acknowledged pedagogical best practice.
- The development of group/individual programs, supports, and plans for students who require personalised learning/adjustments to access and participate in curriculum.
This position is a Middle Leadership role and has a tier 1.2 level classification.

Qualifications and Experience
To be considered for an interview, applicants must possess:
- Teaching or equivalent degree qualifications relevant to this role.
- Current QCT registration, or the ability to obtain.
- Demonstrated experience in leading curriculum or other relevant team.
The start date for this role is 20 January 2025. Interviews to be held on 19 December 2024.
