The College understands the importance of leadership and nurtues and develops leadership qualities in all students from entry to graduation.

To facilitate the appointment of College Leaders a thorough selection process is undertaken. This includes indicative student elections, selection interviews and staff consultation.

The College is represented by a Captain and four (4) Vice-Captains. Each House is led by a number of Prefects. Many other leadership opportunities are available to students in all years.
