Built in 1891, St Joseph's Nudgee College is located just 15km north-east of Brisbane's CBD. The 136 hectare property is only a 15 minute drive to or from Brisbane's domestic and International airports, has regular public transport services to the city and surrounding suburbs and has easy access to the freeway that takes you south to the Gold Coast or north to the Sunshine Coast. Both coasts are within a 1 hour drive from the College.
Plenty of room
St Joseph's Nudgee College is one of Queensland's most reputable boarding schools, largely due to the standard of accommodation and the quality of food and facilities available. The residential facilities include four residences with over 300 beds and a buffet style Dining Hall.
Nudgee College also enjoys a proud sporting tradition and arguably the finest facilities of any school in the country. All of these facilities, as well as a variety of rooms, are available for various functions and events. There is plenty of free parking available on site and access and parking for busses.
The Traditional Hall is perfect for dinners seating up to 160 people, or seminars seating up to 220 people. The polished floor boards are a reminder of the rooms history while the built in, and ready to go, Audio Visual equipment brings the room into the 21st century.
If space is required Nudgee has two suitable venues. The sports hall transforms in the off season to create a large venue suitable for up to 1100 people while the fully air conditioned Conference Centre boasts foyer entry, large hall with built in stage and five plasma screens around the hall perfect for displays or advertising throughout your event.
For more intimate functions, or if you simply need individual rooms, there are numerous breakout classrooms all featuring interactive whiteboards and sound built in.
Quality catering and facilities
A full catering service can be provided by the on site kitchen which can cater for morning teas through to formal dinners.
When it's time to relax and play, St Joseph's Nudgee College has two fully heated swimming pools, a full AGU affiliated nine-hole Golf Course, 12 tennis courts, athletics centre, 13 playing fields, gym/weights room, indoor sports centre and even a fully operational commercial Caf perfect for that morning coffee or simple lunch.

Nudgee College has been acclaimed in hosting local, state, national and international organisations and associations for various events, conferences and competitions.
